This tutorial uses your framed graphic that you create from Bubbles' Mosaic Frame tutorial.
For this tutorial you will need:
PAINT SHOP PRO (Trial Version)
You will also need the following four filters, which can all be found here.

Visual Manipulation
Simple Filters
Gregs Factory Output Vol. II
1. Make a copy of your framed graphic (Shift+D); close the original as we will be working with the copy of the graphic. Image/Resize to 300 w x 300 h. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.
2. Effects/PluginFilters/Visual Manipulation/Slipthrough. Effects/PluginFilters/GraphicsPlus/Kaleidoscope using these settings: Divisions 224; Rotations 126.
3. Effects/PluginFilters/GraphicsPlus/Horizontal Mirror using these settings: Horizontal Origin 0; Left/Right Polarity 28
4. Effects/PluginFilters/Simple/Pizza Slice Mirror. Effects/PluginEffects/Greg's Factory Output 11/Pool Shadow using the default settings, except change the Intensity setting to 100.
5. Effects/PluginFilters/Simple/QuickTile. Image/Resize by 66% or desired size. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen. Save in desired format.
You can take it one step futher and after you do the above steps, go to Effects/PluginEffects/GraphicsPlus/Quick Tile 1 using the default settings.
